At CRG Moot, our mission is to serve, support, and safeguard our community—with compassion, courage, and commitment. We exist to be the helping hand in moments of uncertainty, the calm voice during chaos, and the steady presence when others are not yet there. We activate whether it's a medical emergency, a fire, a safety concern, or simply someone in distress, we assist because we care.
Who is CRG Moot ?
Many people misunderstand CRG as being a security company. We are NOT a Security Company. We are a group of volunteers who assist the community when they are in need. If help is needed we put the community members in contact with the relevant service providers which may include Tow Truck, Emergency services, SAPS or the relevant Security services
The Community Response Group (CRG) is a local team of volunteers dedicated to keeping our neighbourhoods safe, supported, and prepared—especially in times of emergency or distress. We are not a government, not political, and not a private security company. We are everyday people—mothers, fathers, young adults, retirees—serving our own communities with courage, commitment, and compassion.
We exist to help where help is needed—from the small things like keeping an eye on your street, to bigger emergencies like assisting during a fire, a medical crisis, or a rescue operation.
We’re here because we believe no one should ever feel alone when something goes wrong.
